Designing a Dual-Audience Travel Platform for B2B & B2C

Intro:

This is the second project with Phoebe, The Owner of Holiday We Go. After the work of Moment Travel, I worked on the Holiday We Go. The difference between 2 project that Moment Travel is B2C and Holiday We Go is B2B.

Holiday We Go provides service for agencies to book their itinerary as part of their supplier.

UX Discovery:

  • Since the booking system can serve both for customers and agencies, I need to create 2 ways of bookings. For normal customer they can call directly to operator and agencies they can access to portal for registered admin.
  • Content strategies for Agents: I created an agent content to generate lead in order for registration and add affiliated cruise logos
  • Inspirational content and deals : This helps users to explore new destinations and spot some good deals.

Brand Guideline:

  • The owner provided the logo and the basic colours. I tweaked the colours further so that they look well in colour combination.
  • The brand concept is simple, warm, and elegant. These qualities are expressed through its colour palette of royal blue, light sky blue, and royal gold. Together, these colours evoke a sense of premium service, the feeling of flying through the sky, and an overall impression of exclusivity and high value.
  • Curve-shaped elements: curved corners are suitable for modern UI look and premiumness.

UI Design:

  • Logins: I created toggle logins for agents portal access and phone number for travel agent
  • Promotional content for travel agents: to generate leads for travel agents to sign up with Holiday We Go. I use the “why” article and “how it works”
  • Pricing & availability: I use sticky footer element for pricing, the element can be expanded and collapsed

Outcome

The final solution clearly separates B2C and B2B journeys while maintaining a cohesive brand experience. By combining strategic content, clear booking flows, and a refined visual system, Holiday We Go is positioned as a premium and reliable travel supplier for agencies.
